Booking Process

If you are interested in booking a date with Granite Lake Weddings, you may have your specified date held without cost or obligation for up to 5 business days.  If during this time another client is interested in booking the same date, you will be contacted by a facility staff member and will have up to 24 hours to book or release the date.  Should you book the date you will need to make arrangements with a facility staff member to sign a contract and make your initial payment within 48 hours to secure your date.  You may extend your courtesy hold 1 time before either booking or releasing your date.  All reasonable efforts will be made to contact you before your date is released.

One third of your facility fee will be due along with your signed contract in order to secure your date.  The second third of your facility fee is due 90 days from the signing of your contract date.  The balance of your facility fee is due 30 days prior to your event date.

A final head count of both event guests and any overnight guests must be given to a facility staff member 14 days prior to your event date.

Your Event Manager  will be available throughout your event to answer any questions, direct vendors, assist with last minute needs, and oversee the ceremony and estimated timeline of events. If additional floor staff is required for your event an additional charge will be added to your bill. All payments and all additional gratuities to contracted vendors will be the sole responsibility of the client.
